STRADE Earns Great Place to Work® Recertification

News

STRADE is proud to announce that we have once again earned recognition as a Great Place to Work®. This achievement reflects the commitment and energy our people bring to STRADE every day.

The award, announced on December 2, 2025 by Great Place to Work®, honors organizations that create a trustworthy and attractive workplace culture. At STRADE, this recognition underscores our dedication to living our values and building an environment where people thrive: an environment that embraces transparency, continuous growth, and collaboration.

The certification is based on a globally recognized methodology for assessing and certifying workplace culture, based on employee surveys and organizational practices. Key elements assessed include trust, collaboration, fairness, innovation, integrity and leadership behavior.

We are proud that 92% of our employees recognize STRADE as a great place to work, and especially proud that the most positive feedback relates to the fair and unbiased treatment of every individual within STRADE.

This recognition demonstrates the strength of STRADE’s culture and our commitment to creating a workplace where people can succeed and grow. Our approach to excellence goes beyond culture. We are uncompromising on safety and quality, holding ASA-100 and AS/EN 9120 certifications which reinforce our dedication to quality, cost efficiency, customer focus, delivery performance, and continuous improvement. At the same time, we are advancing sustainability goals, including achieving gender balance and equal pay across all organizational levels by 2026.

“STRADE’s Great Place to Work® recertification reflects what I experience every day: a culture defined by trust, integrity, collaboration, and genuine passion. Our people are at the core of our success, and we are intentional about giving them the environment and opportunities they need to thrive."

Stephen Fer, CEO and Co-Founder of STRADE

Looking ahead, STRADE will continue to strengthen its culture, uphold the highest standards of safety and quality, and deliver on its commitments: ensuring a workplace where trust, respect, and opportunity flourish.
